Job Description
We’re looking for a data-driven, results-focused Programmatic Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic ad campaigns across platforms like The Trade Desk. You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns drive performance and ROI while staying ahead of digital media trends. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring digital initiatives are launched effectively, on time, and result in a high ROI (10 or better) for our clients.
MUST be comfortable with AI platforms.
Skills:
Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk or other DSPs
Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
Proficiency in building and managing audience strategies, including 1st-party, 2nd-party, and 3rd-party data
Strong capability to work with Excel, data dashboards, and campaign reporting to derive actionable insights
Familiarity with Connected TV campaigns and cross-platform performance measurement
Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams to align media with messaging
Sharp eye for pacing issues, tracking errors, under-delivery, and performance drops
Preferred Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on programmatic media buying experience, preferably in The Trade Desk
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting platforms
Comfortable with performance metrics like CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS
Duties and Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns
Monitor pacing, performance, and delivery on a daily basis; troubleshoot discrepancies and underperformance
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights, reporting weekly/monthly results
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing campaigns
