Director of Wedding & Event Sales – Hazy Mountain Vineyards

Hazy Mountain Vineyards is where breathtaking views meet unforgettable celebrations. Our luxury winery and event venue is home to a stunning Tasting Room, an elegant 8-bedroom villa, and an expansive event space, making us one of Virginia’s most sought-after wedding destinations.

We’re looking for a Director of Wedding & Event Sales to lead our sales and planning team. In this role, you’ll:

• Own the wedding planning process from first inquiry to “I do”
• Develop targeted sales strategies that make Hazy Mountain the go-to choice for luxury weddings
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and planning team
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that attract engaged couples from near and far
• Partner with operations to ensure every wedding runs flawlessly

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in luxury wedding sales, event planning, or high-end hospitality
• Proven track record of meeting (and exceeding) wedding booking goals
• Strong leadership, client relationship, and negotiation skills
• Passion for creating once-in-a-lifetime celebrations
