About the Role:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind lead generation and conversion. Your focus will be on attracting qualified inbound leads, boosting conversion rates, and ensuring our marketing engine runs at full speed. You’ll work closely with our sales team to amplify their efforts and create a seamless growth strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone ready to learn fast, grow fast, and make a real difference.

Experience That Fits
- At least 3 years in marketing (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong writing skills and comfort with content creation
- Social media management experience
- Familiarity with email marketing and basic CRM systems
- Basic design skills (Canva-level is perfect)
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Bonus points: familiarity with the “They Ask, You Answer” framework
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Managing our social media presence
- Overseeing SEO strategies
- Creating and sending newsletters and email campaigns
- Managing the content calendar
- Tracking results and running A/B tests
