What Makes this Role SpecialYou'll be our storytelling engine. Every piece of content you create, every social media post you craft, and every email you send will directly help small business owners discover the financial solutions they need. Plus, you'll get to interview industry experts and successful clients to uncover the real stories that matter.
You'll build something from the ground up. This isn't about maintaining someone else's system - you'll have the freedom to shape how we communicate with our audience and create processes that actually work.

Creating Content That Actually Matters
You'll interview our leadership team, successful clients, and partner experts to discover authentic stories and insights that become compelling blog posts, emails, and marketing materials. Every piece of content will have a clear purpose: making the buying experience easier and more valuable for small business owners.
Building Our Social Media Presence
Manage our LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms with content that educates and engages. You'll create posts that business owners actually want to read - not just corporate fluff.
Nurturing Relationships Through Smart Communication
Design email campaigns and sequences that guide prospects naturally through their decision process. Work with our sales team to ensure every handoff feels seamless and helpful, not pushy.
Supporting Our Partner Network
Create materials and communications that help our partners succeed. When they win, we all win, and you'll be the person making sure they have everything they need to promote our services effectively.
Keeping Everything Organized and On Track
Maintain our content calendar, track what's working, and ensure our brand stays consistent across all touchpoints. You'll be the reliable force that keeps our marketing engine humming.
What We Are Looking ForExperience That Fits:
- 2-4 years in marketing or communications (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong writing skills and comfort with content creation
- Social media management experience
- Familiarity with email marketing and basic CRM systems
- Basic design skills (Canva-level is perfect)
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Bonus points: familiarity with "They Ask You Answer" framework

Job Details:- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
