As a Virtuance Photography Partner (an independent contractor opportunity), you can create your own schedule and work independently while collaborating with an awesome Real Estate Photography Team!

Leave the administrative tasks behind and focus on capturing exceptional photos and other products. As a Virtuance Photography Partner (a 1099 contractor role), we handle marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, client communication, and all other business aspects so you can concentrate on your craft.

You need the following to succeed:

• Meet all equipment requirements (see below)
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Availability for at least 2 days a week (Monday Friday)
• Reliable internet connection
• Own a current and legal drivers license and a reliable vehicle for travel to shoots
• Enthusiasm about joining the best network of real estate professionals

Equipment Requirements:

• Digital SLR camera capable of bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
• Wide-angle lens (no prime lenses)
• Sturdy tripod
• Ball head
• Laptop with Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Mac OS X
• Theta Z1 camera (can be leased through us)
• Smartphone - iPhone 11 or newer, or Android

Compensation

We offer competitive pay based on completed projects, ranging from $40 to $250+ per job depending on the products purchased. More details will follow.

Certification Requirements

This opportunity includes free online training to learn about real estate photography and technology. You must demonstrate competency by completing a remote certification course and test photoshoot.
