As a Virtuance Photography Partner (an independent contractor opportunity), you can create your own schedule and work independently while collaborating with an awesome Real Estate Photography Team!

We are seeking photographers to partner with us and photograph for clients in the residential and commercial sectors.

Leave administrative tasks behind and focus on capturing exceptional photos and other products. As a Virtuance Photography Partner (a 1099 contractor role), we handle marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, client communication, and all other business aspects so you can concentrate on photography.

You need the following to be successful:

• Meet ALL equipment requirements (see below)
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Available 2 days a week (Monday Friday)
• Reliable Internet connection
• Own a current and legal driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots
• Be excited about joining the best network of real estate professionals!

Equipment Requirements:

• Digital SLR Body capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
• Sturdy Tripod
• Ball Head
• Laptop with Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Mac OS X
• Theta Z1 camera (can be leased through us)
• Smartphone - iPhone 11 or newer, or Android

Compensation

We offer competitive pay based on the projects completed, ranging from $40 to over $250 per job depending on the products purchased. Details will follow.

Certification Requirements

This opportunity includes free online educational tools to learn more about real estate photography and technology. You will need to demonstrate competency by completing a remote certification course and test photoshoot.
