Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Basking Ridge, NJ for a Kitchen and Bath Designer. The Kitchen and Bath Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design plans for kitchen and bath spaces, conducting consultations with clients to understand their needs, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes selecting and sourcing cabinetry, fixtures, and materials, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The designer will also engage in sales activities, including preparing and presenting proposals to clients, and maintaining detailed records of design projects.

Qualifications

Skills in Kitchen and Bath Design, including proficiency in design software
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Sales, including preparing and presenting proposals
Knowledge of Cabinetry, including sourcing and selecting materials
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work on-site in Basking Ridge, NJ
Experience in the home improvement or interior design industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred
