We’re growing fast, moving from beta into market expansion, and we’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role for someone who can balance strategic storytelling, growth marketing, and executional excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you’ll do
Lead our growth strategy as Patent Gap AI moves from beta into the market.
Design and implement incentive programs during the beta phase to drive adoption, feedback, and early customer loyalty.
Raise awareness across wide audiences—from inventors and legal teams to broader business, tech, and investor communities.
Craft a world-class brand story that positions Patent Gap AI as the trusted intelligence partner in patent analytics.
Engage investors and stakeholders with compelling, data-driven narratives that highlight traction and opportunity.
Build demand-generation campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships.
Align marketing with product vision to ensure messaging reflects our AI-driven edge.
What success looks like
Strong brand recognition as the “go-to” AI solution for patent intelligence.
High beta adoption through effective incentive-driven campaigns.
Scalable marketing systems that fuel consistent growth and investor confidence.
What we’re looking for
Proven startup experience—ideally in growth marketing or CMO/VP Marketing roles.
Background in LegalTech, IP, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms is a strong plus.
Ability to thrive in fast-moving, resourceful environments.
Excellent at both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Strong storytelling and investor communication skills.
