Job Title: Junior Delivery Recruiter (2-4 years exp)

Industries: eCommerce | Marketing | Creative | Advertising | Consumer Brands

Location: Red Bank, NJ (3d at the office in NJ, or a WeWork in NYC.)

Compensation: $55K–$65K base + tiered commission

This is a boutique recruitment firm that was launched in 2019 with the vision of blending the resources of a larger search firm with the personal touch of a specialist agency. Since then, they’ve built a successful team of recruiters across the U.S., giving them strong national coverage while keeping a close, collaborative culture. They focus on high-growth sectors such as eCommerce, Marketing, Creative, Advertising and Consumer Brands.

What They’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of delivery recruiting experience (Agency Environment)
• Ability to manage existing candidate pipelines and support senior recruiters in closing roles.
• Exposure to eCommerce, marketing, digital, or consumer verticals is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced firm
