Job Description
We are looking for a passionate marketing professional to join our team as Marketing Coordinator. The position will work under company leadership and Director of Marketing on the execution of brand programs, design, print, social, digital & event marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess drive and passion to learn about all aspects of the Marketing mix at a mid-junior level. Must have a keen knowledge of Marketing, social media landscape, good organizational skills and strong project management skills with excellent communication and writing acumen.
The Marketing Coordinator will increase efficiency and standardization of routine processes including communications from leadership to marketing team and sales organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help plan and execute online brand initiatives in accordance with the brand plans- Including development of plans and strategy with the team.
- Work cross-functionally across brand teams to ensure project deadlines met and report status to leadership.
- Manage merch vendors, order projects, fulfillment and asset inventories.
- Coordinate Digital/social media promotional and consumer campaigns.
- Coordinate Digital/Social influencer communication programming.
- Track competitive landscape, consumer insights, emerging trends.
- Help oversee content from events, marketing initiatives, product placement/ celebrity captures, in-store displays & retail activations across all brands.
- Day-to-Day management of marketing POS/ product allocations and shipments including routing event deliveries, working closely with logistics.
- Tracking and reporting marketing assets to coincide with forecasted budgets to Marketing Director.
- Managing marketing asset sourcing, local inventory and sales/distributor/event shipments.
- Daily trafficking, monitoring and coordinating of all creative projects/requests while prioritizing and manage deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree preferred in Marketing/Digital Social or equivalent experience
- Working effectively in cross-functional teams and creative teams
- Online marketing experience including social media and promotions
- Strong research skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills, including full competence with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of trade event planning a plus
