As a Senior Web UX Designer, you will drive creative, data-informed solutions to complex challenges, delivering pixel-perfect visual execution that both champions and elevates our brand guidelines. This team exists at the intersection of business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Our work is directly influential in buyer journeys, new signups, lead generation, and customer retention. We design the key digital moments that turn a visitor into a loyal customer, forging the trust that our business is built on.

The day-to-day

• Understand customer motivations, values, and anxieties through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Conceptualize and build new experiences for rapid A/B testing and iteration, optimizing user flows and improving key engagement metrics.
• Create digital designs and prototypes, from initial concepts and wireframes to final web-ready assets.
• Ensure all designs meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, creating inclusive and usable experiences for everyone.
• Own and evolve our design systems for the unique brands we support, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Forge a strong, collaborative partnership with developers to ensure the feasibility of your visual concepts, the fidelity of the final output, and a high standard for web performance.
• Leverage modern design tools, including AI-powered features, to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
• Champion consumer-centered design thinking and enable other marketers with your UX expertise to support campaigns and product launches.
• Confidently present and defend design decisions to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Thrive in a balance of autonomous project ownership and deep collaboration, actively participating in design critiques and workshops to elevate the team's work.
• Mentor other designers and guide them on their career path

Your skills and expertise
Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or a similar role.
• A strong digital portfolio showcasing UX strategy, conversion-centered design, a mobile-first approach, and exceptional craft and execution.
• Expert capabilities using design and prototyping software, specifically Figma.
• Experience documenting and improving a design system and web style guide.
• Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
