Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Designer in Acton, MA. Summary: We're looking for a UX Designer to help craft intuitive, inclusive, and impactful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape user flows, dashboards, portals, and service tools. This role offers growth in systems thinking, accessibility, and cross-functional teamwork. Key Tasks:

• Design end-to-end UX for cross-platform experiences
• UX Designer will create wireframes, prototypes, and specs using Figma, Miro, and Confluence
• Translate user research into thoughtful design solutions
• Apply best practices in accessibility and responsive design
• As a UX Designer, you will support Agile development and design QA
• Contribute to our design system and team rituals
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of UX/product design experience
• Experience with Agile workflows and collaboration tools
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design and polish
• Passion for inclusive design and continuous learning
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
