Base pay range

$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead and execute impactful research initiatives that shape the future of diabetes care. This role will drive innovation in user experience by designing and conducting rigorous qualitative and quantitative studies, collaborating across functions, and mentoring fellow researchers. Key Responsibilities:

• Define the UX research roadmap aligned with business priorities and stakeholder needs
• Represent UX research in high-profile cross-functional meetings and leadership presentations
• Build strong partnerships with business, design, and engineering teams
• Lead process improvements and introduce new tools and methodologies
• Mentor and collaborate with other UX researchers on team projects
• Independently conduct research and lead medium-sized projects end-to-end
• Design and analyze large-scale surveys using advanced Qualtrics features
• Conduct qualitative and mixed-method studies (e.g., interviews) with patients and healthcare professionals, both remotely and in-person
• Manage participant recruitment and compensation, including vendor coordination
• Deliver compelling reports with actionable insights and best-in-class visualizations
  
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative CX, UX, Human Factors, or Marketing/Customer Insights, with a product focus
• Strong desire to improve the lives of people living with diabetes
• Extensive experience with Qualtrics, including advanced features
• Proven expertise in data visualization and storytelling for business audiences
• Experience in agile research and design sprints
• Demonstrated ability to present research findings to leadership
• Strong background in design of experiments
• Track record of success in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regulated medical spaces and/or med-tech devices
• Knowledge of diabetes and its impact on patient experience
• Advanced expertise in statistical analysis
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
