The Graphic and Communications Designer II is responsible for developing and delivering compelling visual and written content across multiple channels to support both internal and external communications. This role blends creativity and strategy—leveraging graphic design, storytelling, and branding to drive engagement, enhance messaging, and bring communications and marketing efforts to life.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Development & Messaging

• Write, edit, and develop engaging content for various platforms including websites, digital ads, email campaigns, social media, newsletters, external marketing materials, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand messaging goals and translate them into effective, global audience-appropriate content.
  
  

Graphic Design

• Design digital and print collateral (flyers, brochures, social graphics, advertisements, marketing collateral, presentations, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain brand consistency for multiple brands across all materials and campaigns.
  
  

Video Support

• Plan and edit short-form videos for internal communications, social media, product launches, etc. collaborating with the videographer and production lead.
• Develop motion graphics, intros/outros, and subtitles as needed.
  
  

Creative Strategy

• Partner with communications, HR, marketing, and leadership to develop integrated campaigns that combine visual storytelling with strategic messaging.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and brand development initiatives.
  
  

Digital & Multimedia

• Update and manage brand assets, project assets, or web content.
• Create interactive media assets (e.g., infographics, digital experiences, animations, digital reports, etc).
