Are you a detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment? Shell Point Retirement Community is seeking an experienced Advertising & Production Manager to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the operational hub of our department—managing the flow of projects, coordinating advertising efforts, and supporting the execution of campaigns that reflect the Shell Point brand. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys connecting the dots between strategy and delivery, excels in vendor and project coordination, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day management of marketing and communications projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality
- Coordinate media placements across print, radio, and digital platforms, maintaining vendor relationships and tracking advertising performance
- Source and coordinate with external print vendors, negotiating pricing, turnarounds, and quality standards
- Manage department purchasing, budgeting, and production inventory to support campaign needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information, assets, and approvals, ensuring a smooth project lifecycle
- Support creative leadership with scheduling, logistics, and the execution of promotional materials and events
What You Bring
- Proven experience in marketing operations, advertising coordination, or project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Understanding of advertising strategy and production processes
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Experience working within a marketing department or agency environment
