Minimum Qualifications

1. Must be admitted to a graduate degree program.
2. Must be in good academic standing
3. Be registered full-time for the respective semester – nine (9) semester credit hours during the fall semester, nine (9) semester credit hours during the spring semester, or three (3) semester credit hours during the summer session or be registered in the required number of semester credit hours to fulfill the only remaining requirements of the degree plan.

Scope of Job

· This position is for scholarly research and may include clinical research

· Assist with research duties including literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, report writing, and prepare presentations.

· Assist with project management including coordinating research activities and organizing databases, assist with in-person data collection, and managing social media presence of project(s) to targeted research participants.

· Develop research related materials as needed (i.e. Recruitment announcements, training materials, protocols, etc.).

· Skills in ability to learn research-related statistical software (e.g: Qualtrics, SPSS , etc.) and other related software as needed, are preferred.

· Essential knowledge for Microsoft Word, Excel

· Have interest in conducting qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research in Leadership styles/behaviors and/or Communication Sciences and Disorders

· Duties will vary depending on the project and/or assigned research scholarly function or other creative aspects.

· Other related duties as assigned.

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and current enrollment in master’s degree in field of communication disorders, psychology, or bilingual education program.
