Position Statement:

We are Bargain Moulding. We are rapidly growing and have just opened a new 96,00 Sq Ft warehouse in Windham, CT allowing us to service the tri-state area. As we continue to grow, we seek a talented Content Creator to join our team. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing and Content Creator who can bring strong graphic design skills to elevate our brand awareness across digital, video, and print.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

• Collaborate with team on strategic brand planning and tactical promotions for our Kitchen Cabinets, Door and Moulding portfolio.
• Oversee Ad shoots at warehouse, showroom, and customer locations
• Launch and manage targeted video Ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, OTT, and local TV
• Track KPI’s and campaign performance metrics and report weekly/monthly stats to management
• Produce and edit short-form video content for marketing across all social platforms
• Create marketing materials including flyers, signage, digital ads, and branded templates
• Assist in development of materials including brand plans and strategic guidelines and work to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Point person for the content management system with the shared responsibility of keeping digital assets current and compliant
• Assist in budget tracking and coordination of Ads and projects

Qualifications:

• A four-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience in Brand Management or a related field such as marketing, advertising, or content creation.
• Fluent knowledge of PC, working within Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and any other company software is critical to the success of this position.
• Interpretive skills: must possess the ability to define problems, establish facts and collect data to interpret issues, draw valid conclusions from the data and recommend solutions to the business problem. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of statistical information.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
• Prior experience in InDesign, Premiere/After Effects, CapCut, Canva or similar products is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about brand identity and storytelling.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to commute daily to our Bohemia, NY location as well as travel locally on occasion to film Ads.

The good faith range for this position is $60,000-$75,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
