Title: Content Planning Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the setup of new titles in internal databases and tools, ensuring accurate metadata across all systems and trackers.
• Coordinate costs and research requests with Operational teams.
• Assist with catalog gap analysis for the client’s content.
• Manage day-to-day communication across cross-functional teams.
• Track and communicate readiness information between Operations and Regional Planning teams.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of data analytics and insights experience required.
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, as well as general spreadsheet management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and AirTable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
