This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Culver City, CA.

Summary

The Visuals Studio Coordinator will support a multidisciplinary creative group responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing content across a variety of products. This role ensures smooth studio operations, manages administrative and logistical responsibilities, and supports the Group Creative Director and internal teams in delivering high-quality creative work.

Our Ideal Candidate

• ~4 years of experience in design, advertising, digital media, or technology environments
• Passion for creative production and visual content with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Apple tools (Calendar, Keynote, Quip) and collaboration platforms such as Slack
• Familiar with digital asset management systems, file organization, and workflow processes
• Skilled in collaborating with creative, design, and cross-functional teams
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptable to changing timelines and stakeholder needs
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Meticulous, resourceful, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
  
  

Job Description

In this role, you will assist the Group Creative Director in managing studio operations and administrative tasks. You’ll partner with internal teams and senior leaders to coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and special projects. Responsibilities include:

• Managing complex calendars, scheduling across multiple teams and locations
• Coordinating travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and flights
• Supporting special projects such as research, presentation design, competitive analysis, and assisting in art procurement processes
• Planning and executing team meetings and events, including room setup, catering, and follow-ups
• Tracking and submitting expenses
  
  

You will also maintain studio operations, supporting the overall success and workflow efficiency of the creative team.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Background in creative disciplines, design, marketing, or communications
• Previous coordinator, assistant, or administrative experience is a plus

• The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $37 – $39 per hour
• This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain tenure and hours requirements
