THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE

The Manager of Creative Operations, Brand Social is responsible for establishing and maintaining the efficient flow of work throughout the Creative Department, focusing on the social creative channels. In addition to working closely with Creative Management, this role is a key partner for other operations teams in Marketing, making sure that all teams are aligned on the scope, plan, timing, and final deliverables of all creative work.

As a manager and member of operations teams, you work to implement and maintain new tools, processes, and improvements to the collaboration, as a part of the larger organizational process. You will lead and develop a small, growing team of operational professionals in the development and delivery of work across a changing marketing ecosystem.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

  • Establish comprehensive project plans for Creative teams to deliver exceptional work in social and digital channels including organic, paid social, and OLV projects in support of the creative team.
  • Manage, support, and develop a small Creative Operations team in leading the day-to-day operations, project management, and reporting of status across the groups for the creative development, production, and delivery of creative work across all social channels.
  • Lead project planning, briefings and kickoffs, ensuring that all creative deliverables are sufficiently planned, adequately resourced, and have a set of clearly defined deliverables.
  • Manage communications between in-house Creative teams and creative agencies to support the creative development process and help facilitate a frictionless process for all.
  • Lead the effective communication of project status and timing, adjusting as needed to ensure high-quality and consistency.
  • Work closely with the Creative Management team to plan resources, budgets, project working plans, and communicate changes or updates to the work as issues arise.

  • Identify and implement tools and technology for tracking, developing, and delivering creative assets across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative, production, and design teams to develop standardized and optimized systems for project management.

The Essentials Of Success

  • 7+ years in creative operations, creative services, project management, or agency production in a fast-paced, high-output environment
  • Experience working with marketing and/or production agencies across a variety of projects and channels; video experience preferred
  • Deep knowledge of creative workflow models and project management tools—including Microsoft Office, Workfront, Monday.com and others.
  • Proven ability to lead, grow and develop teams in a creative environment
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or general management.
  • Highly organized, outstanding problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • A collaborative nature with a passion for improving and elevating our approach and driving solutions.

The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $115,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
