Responsibilities:

• Propose and develop innovative design solutions that convey a clear product message and establish a distinct brand identity, ensuring alignment with project prerequisites.
• Create and explore creative ideas for product messaging through 2D and 3D concepts, including sketches, drawings, and visual artifacts.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary product design team, contributing to concept development from initial ideas to production.
• Engage in interior and exterior design processes, ensuring a cohesive approach.
• Guide and support junior team members, acting as a role model for continuous learning.
• Train and coach peers and junior designers, fostering professional growth.
• Build a versatile T-shaped skill set, deepening expertise while broadening related skills.
• Work confidently within the company network, collaborating with stakeholders to align design goals.
• Articulate how individual contributions add value to the team and organization, especially concerning TD and BA objectives.
• Utilize design tools like Blender, Alias, Keyshot, and 2D/3D sketching to produce high-quality outputs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software including Blender, Alias, and Keyshot.
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Ability to develop a T-shaped skill profile.
• Proven influence and networking skills within organizational frameworks.
• Clear understanding of how design adds business value.
• Mandatory submission of a comprehensive portfolio.
