RSU5 is seeking a stipend Music Director for Freeport High School’s award-winning theater program. The ideal candidate will be competent in directing musical and vocal elements of the fall musical, working with student leaders, collaborating with theater staff, maintaining organized and safe spaces, and must be flexible for after-school, evening, and weekend commitments. The Music Director will lead the fall musical (late August to Veterans Day) and the One-Act competition (early December to March/April), depending on regional and state advancement. Candidates should have experience in a high school theater setting.
Requirements: Must hold a CHRC certification from the ME Department of Education.
