Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Local Store Marketer (LSM) to help grow sales locally through community engagement and guest loyalty initiatives. If you are passionate about networking and creativity, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Local Store Marketer

• Assist the Managing Partner and management team in creating, developing, and implementing local marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, increase guest counts, check averages, and overall sales.
• Promote Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.
• Build relationships during food and bread runs with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other entities.
• Establish positive, ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, and community organizations.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and enhance brand awareness.
• Support public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Maintain regular communication with the Managing Partner, management team, and staff regarding programs, plans, and outcomes.
