Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Local Store Marketer (LSM) to help boost sales at the local level by building community relationships and increasing guest loyalty. If you are passionate about networking and creativity, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities of a Local Store Marketer include:

• Assisting the Managing Partner and management team in creating and implementing local marketing programs that enhance guest loyalty, increase guest counts, improve check averages, and grow sales.
• Promoting all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (e.g., Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards).
• Building relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other community organizations during food and bread runs.
• Establishing positive and ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic groups.
• Developing and executing community and charitable events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and increase brand awareness.
• Supporting public relations efforts, including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Maintaining regular communication with the Managing Partner, management team, and employees about programs, plans, and results.
