Your Responsibilities as a Local Store Marketer

• Assist the Managing Partner and management team in creating and implementing local marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, guest counts, check averages, and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, and Gift Cards.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other community entities.
• Develop and execute community and charitable events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and increase brand awareness.
• Support public relations efforts, including media segments, releases, and publicity events.
• Maintain regular communication with the management team about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
