About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Growth Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the brand management and growth marketing teams, with a primary focus on customer acquisition, reducing costs, and ensuring a sustainable return on ad spend. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in full-funnel growth, cross-functional planning, and a test-and-learn mindset. The VP will be responsible for aligning various efforts to meet business objectives, and will be a change agent, innovator, and acquisition expert, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and leadership.

Applicants for the VP, Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in growth marketing or related roles, with at least 8 years in management. The role requires a strong leader with a history of meeting and exceeding growth and efficiency targets across diverse channels.
