Your Role:

As a Senior Web Developer, you will take charge of designing, developing, and delivering websites, encompassing everything from databases and business logic to security and user interfaces. You will work in adherence to our company policies and applicable laws across the US. The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $150,000.00.

  • Design and develop websites utilizing ASP.NET and C#.

  • Collaborate closely with management, end-users, and IT colleagues throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Implement best practices in software design within a fast-paced, Agile environment.

  • Propose and document technical design solutions, addressing necessary security design considerations.

  • Research, plan, design, and develop new applications while maintaining existing code, enhancing features, and troubleshooting SQL stored procedures for web applications.

  • Engage with fellow developers and management, sharing and presenting innovative ideas during team meetings.

  • Utilize source control systems such as TFS, GIT, and GitFlow.

  • Participate in code reviews to uphold code integrity.

  • Be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Need:

  • Extensive web development experience with ASP.NET MVC and C#.

  • Strong understanding of MS SQL, stored procedures, queries, and Entity Framework.

  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a self-motivated approach to work independently.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 5 years of full-time software development experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET Standard.

  • Experience with Azure environments, web services, API development, MicroServices/Azure Functions, GIT or Azure DevOps, and mobile development (Xamarin).

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

  • Familiarity with WCF, XML, and web services development.

  • Knowledge of design patterns and OWASP security guidelines.

  • Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts, including secure development methodologies, Agile, and Scrum.

  • Experience in MVC, mobile platform development, and working with social media integrations like Google Maps and Zillow API.

  • Preferred: Knowledge of NoSQL (e.g., Elastic) and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
