Premier Bay Area Real Estate and Property Management Company seeking an experienced and intuitive Community Manager for lease up on a multi-family housing development.
Required Duties:
- Community Manager is a working on-site manager, handling all duties such as, leasing, review of work orders, resident retention, rent management and assisting staff with overflow of work.
- Manage and maintain property standards and safety rules.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance
- Manage and secure contract bids regarding property improvement and repair.
- Walk all vacant rent ready apartments insuring that work has been completed and unit is rent ready.
- Manage rent collections and maintaining low delinquencies and bad debt collections.
- Responsible for on-call service when necessary.
- Showing and renting apartments when necessary.
- Work in conjunction with District Manager/Corporate office regarding lease up and retention and marketing efforts.
- Full-time opportunity with medical/dental and vision benefits plus on-site housing required.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 year of supervisory skills and management preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Word/Excel and Outlook and Google
- Hands on experience with AppFolio preferred
- Social media awareness (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
