About this opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Advertising Coordinator to support our driver recruitment efforts through strategic advertising initiatives. This role is critical in developing, launching, and optimizing recruitment advertising campaigns to attract CDL-A drivers across various markets. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-oriented, and passionate about driving high-quality leads for our recruiting team.

Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $55,000-65,000 dependent on experience.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Advertising Campaigns

Create, launch, and manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns aimed at promoting truck driving opportunities.
  • Creative Collaboration

Work with internal teams or designers to create compelling ad content that resonates with potential drivers and aligns with the brand voice.
  • Lead Generation

Monitor and optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads for the driver recruiting team, ensuring cost-effective and timely results.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting

Track ad performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports to inform leadership and recruiting teams.
  • Vendor Coordination

Manage relationships with advertising vendors (job boards, social media platforms, etc.) and evaluate ROI across different channels.
  • Market Research

Analyze hiring trends and market demand to guide ad placements and messaging strategies across key hiring areas.
  • Feedback and Strategy Development

Regularly provide feedback to recruiting and marketing leadership on campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve lead flow and quality.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, indeed.)
  • Proficient in data analytics and performance tracking tools (Excel, Google Analytics, ATS reporting tools, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in Marketing or Advertising
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
  • Experience within the Transportation is preferred, but not necessary.
