The Paid Advertising Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Google PPC campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support company growth. This role works directly under the Marketing Manager to ensure that paid media efforts align with broader marketing goals and business objectives. From setting up campaigns and tracking performance to analyzing data and improving ROIthis position owns our paid media strategy and execution.

Success Statements

Facebook & Google PPC Campaigns Drive Quality Leads

• Creates, manages, and optimizes paid campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Continuously tests and adjusts ad copy, creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
• Tracks and reports on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

Strategic & Tactical Marketing Support is Delivered

• Assists the Marketing Manager with planning and executing marketing strategies that include both digital and offline channels.
• Collaborates on marketing funnels and customer journey optimization.
• Supports other performance marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive execution across platforms.

Brand Consistency is Maintained in Paid Media

• Ensures all ads align with Pro Sources brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Works with the creative team or vendors to produce compelling ad creatives.
• Keeps up-to-date with platform changes and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running successful Facebook and Google PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ad performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Understanding of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and audience targeting strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Real estate or home services marketing experience is a bonus!
• Compensation Range: $50k $60k
• Performance-based bonuses
• 401K with company match
• Equipment Provided (Laptop, etc.)
