We’re looking for a talented multimedia professional who can capture and express the essence of our practices through video and photography. The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with technical production—to highlight authentic patient experiences, showcase provider expertise, and illustrate the care and compassion our practices deliver every day. From detailed pre-production planning to polished post-production editing, you’ll ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand standards and resonates with the audiences we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with marketing and providers to identify impactful experiences to highlight.
• Transform ideas into a clear vision and storyboard that guides production.
• Lead pre-production planning, including logistics, shoot schedules, timelines, and coordination of talent and crew.

Production

• Capture professional-quality video and photography to highlight providers, patients, events, and brand initiatives.
• Direct shoots with meticulous attention to detail, lighting, sound, and composition.
• Ensure all content accurately represents our practices, culture, and values.
• Edit video and photography to professional standards, delivering content polished to brand style and tone.
• Enhance content with graphics, audio, and motion design to enhance visual storytelling.
• Deliver optimized content for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Maintain an organized project management system and digital asset library.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media, communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in videography, photography, and editing.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through delivery with both internal and external partners, including subject matter experts, photographers, videographers, media, and design teams.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and professional photo and video software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare or professional services marketing.

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Location: Based in Charlotte, NC with up to 30% travel required across partner practices
