Requirements
The Creative Project Manager will lead and streamline the end-to-end project management process across our creative team. This role is responsible for scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and tracking all creative work spanning design, video, and content while ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will manage our project management system and digital asset management platform, maintain tracking tools, review incoming briefs for clarity, and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in driving efficiency, ensuring creative quality, and supporting scalable workflows in a fast-paced marketing environment

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or production environment
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (required); -- Or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Strong experience with Microsoft Planner, SharePoint (or similar DAM systems) and Asana
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and MIRO is a bonus.
- Own the creative project management process end-to-end—scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and tracking all creative work across design, video, and content. Communicate to leadership and stakeholders project status, priorities, options and implications each step of the way.
- Manage and optimize our Project Management system (Microsoft Planner), ensuring all briefs are entered, assigned, tracked, and approved.
- Lead the organization and maintenance of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system (SharePoint), ensuring all assets are accessible, archived, and version-controlled.
- Review incoming creative briefs from stakeholders for completeness and clarity, confirming specs, timelines, and assets are ready before handoff to the creative team.
- Maintain all creative team tracking documents (hot sheets, timelines, status reports) and communicate updates proactively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the liaison between creative, other marketing functions (e.g., paid media, social, brand) and external partners to ensure alignment across campaigns and deliverables.
- Partner with marketing leadership to develop scalable workflows, refine processes, and implement project management best practices tailored to our creative environment.

- Pay Range: Brand Manager - $106,000 to $128,000 + Bonus Eligible
