Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile
Technical Content Creator & Lab Operations Specialistto join our team. This multifaceted role blends technical communication, multimedia production, documentation, and customer-facing outreach with hands-on lab management responsibilities. You will be at the intersection of technology and communication—translating complex concepts into clear, engaging content and maintaining a functional and innovative lab environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Content Creation

  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality technical content including tutorials, whitepapers, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to identify content needs and translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all documentation and content.

2. Multimedia & Video Production

  • Develop and produce video content such as feature walkthroughs, product demos, training materials, and customer support videos.
  • Script, record, and edit videos independently or in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, internal LMS, customer portals, etc.).

3. Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation, including API docs, installation guides, troubleshooting manuals, and release notes.
  • Manage and update documentation portals to reflect product updates and new features.
  • Champion documentation standards and tools to improve accessibility and version control.

4. Customer Outreach & Newsletter Management

  • Design and distribute regular customer newsletters focused on current issues, updates, and known bug resolutions.
  • Gather insights from customer feedback and support tickets to inform newsletter content.
  • Collaborate with support and customer success teams to ensure timely and relevant communication.

5. Lab Operations Management

  • Maintain and manage the internal lab infrastructure used for testing, demos, and technical training.
  • Oversee lab hardware and software inventories, provisioning systems as needed.
  • Set up and tear down test environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate lab usage across departments and implement best practices for configuration and data hygiene.
