Visual Creative Coordinator Job at HYBE America in Santa Monica

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Visual Creative Coordinator to support our creative production team. This role is essential in managing administrative, logistical, and hands-on support tasks to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable handling a variety of small but critical operational duties.

[Responsibilities]

• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including the team members, glam team, and other staff to ensure project efficiency
• Support project logistics by managing all the payment and archiving processes
• Handle wardrobe and glam logistics from purchases, returns, and equipment rentals to on-set prep (steaming, pinning, organizing)
• Shoot and fitting related admins/operations/logistics support

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Handle varying schedules and project demands
• Able and willing to work weekends and holidays as necessary
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access

[Preferred qualifications]

• Experience in creative production, fashion, music industry, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Familiarity with wardrobe and styling logistics

[Working environment]

• Minimum commitment of 3 days per week onsite at locations such as the Santa Monica office, studios, and shoots
• Physically active role involving lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and wardrobe
• Fast-paced and dynamic production environment requiring adaptability and teamwork
• Frequent domestic and international travels

Salary range: $45,000-$60,000/year
