Store Manager Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
• Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
• Responsible for training and development of all team members.
• Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.
  
  

Store Manager Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience preferably in a fashion forward boutique
• Familiarity and comfortability with sales in excess of $2 million annually
• Supremely organized and extremely good at multi tasking
• Passion and can-do minds
  
  

Store Manager Benefits

• A base salary of $60 to $67K commensurate with experience.
• 2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Medical, dental and vision coverage subsidized by the employer.
