Store Manager Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion. Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation Responsible for training and development of all team members. Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards. Store Manager Qualifications 3+ years of management experience preferably in a fashion forward boutique Familiarity and comfortability with sales in excess of $2 million annually Supremely organized and extremely good at multi tasking Passion and can-do minds Store Manager Benefits A base salary of $60 to $67K commensurate with experience. 2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas Medical, dental and vision coverage subsidized by the employer. 401K retirement plan with a company match At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
