Role Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant during project implementations, bridging customer needs and product capabilities.
• Design scalable, efficient solutions aligned with customer goals and best practices.
• Lead discovery workshops and gather requirements from clients to understand their business processes and technical environments.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure timely, within-scope, high-quality solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on system integration, data migration, API usage, and customization.
• Create detailed solution design documents, diagrams, and plans.
• Advise customers strategically to maximize platform value.
• Support onboarding and adoption, ensuring alignment of business objectives with technical delivery.
• Relay customer feedback to internal teams to influence product development.

Qualifications

• Trade Promotional Management (TPM) experience is required.
• 5+ years in solution architecture, design, consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure strategies is beneficial.
• Proven experience in client-facing solution delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or workshops.
