We are seeking a highly skilled, customer-focused professional to design, scope, and deliver tailored software solutions that meet our clients' needs. Role Responsibilities Act as the primary consultant during project implementations, bridging customer needs and product capabilities. Design scalable, efficient solutions aligned with customer goals and best practices. Lead discovery workshops and gather requirements from clients to understand their business processes and technical environments. Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure timely, within-scope, high-quality solutions. Provide thought leadership on system integration, data migration, API usage, and customization. Create detailed solution design documents, diagrams, and plans. Advise customers strategically to maximize platform value. Support onboarding and adoption, ensuring alignment of business objectives with technical delivery. Relay customer feedback to internal teams to influence product development. Qualifications Trade Promotional Management (TPM) experience is required. 5+ years in solution architecture, design, consulting, or enterprise software implementation. Understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure strategies is beneficial. Proven experience in client-facing solution delivery. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or workshops.
