Design and execute an innovative, AI-powered SEO strategy that drives qualified organic traffic, boosts conversion rates and scales our reach in key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, off-page, link building
• Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (ChatGPT, Semrush AI, SurferSEO, Frase, Jasper, etc.) for: Automated keyword discovery and clustering, Data-driven content briefs and first-draft generation, Meta tags, headers and schema markup suggestions, A/B testing headlines, CTAs and snippet optimizations
• Audit site architecture and implement technical fixes for speed, crawlability and mobile performance
• Automate routine SEO audits, reporting and backlink outreach via AI/automation platforms (Zapier, Make)
• Monitor performance in GA4, Search Console and SEO suites; translate data into actionable strategic plans
• Train internal teams on AI-enhanced SEO best practices and advanced prompt engineering

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on SEO experience, with proven AI integration and measurable results
• Expert-level knowledge in technical, on-page and off-page SEO fundamentals
• Demonstrable track record of using AI to drive significant SEO performance gains
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong content-optimization instincts
• Mastery of SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), GA4, GSC and AI-powered extensions
• Quick to learn new AI platforms and craft highly effective prompts
• Highly organized, data-driven and self-motivated professional

Nice to Have

• Background in education or international study-abroad sector
• Basic German language skills or familiarity with international student markets
• Experience with Python/R for custom SEO scripts and automation
• Certifications in AI tools or prompt engineering
