The University of Arkansas seeks applications for the position of Television Station Director (R0075700). The Television Station Director is a full time position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the station including budgets, personnel, programming, content development, promotion, and the station website. The Television Station Director will oversee all physical and digital assets of the Television Station and supervise professional staff, student workers, and student interns. In addition, they will also develop relationships with external constituents of the school and will teach in the area of Media Production. This position reports to the Director of the School of Mass Communication. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Mass Communication or related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Terminal degree in Mass Communication, or related field; Experience teaching Mass Communication, or related field; Experience working in television or related broadcast industries; Experience in professional media content development; Experience working with students; and Supervisory experience in media production or related fields.
