About the Role

Join our creative team as a YouTube Script Writer and help bring engaging stories to life for a global audience. You’ll collaborate with producers, directors, and fellow creatives to develop imaginative scenarios, compelling narratives, and scripts that capture viewers’ attention from start to finish.

If you’re passionate about storytelling, skilled at turning complex ideas into entertaining content, and eager to push creative boundaries, this is your chance to shape the voice and narrative of our videos.

Key Responsibilities

Write original, engaging YouTube scripts (approximately 15–20 minutes in final video length).

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, research, and develop story concepts.

Translate complex or abstract ideas into clear, entertaining, audience-friendly narratives.

Incorporate humor, personality, and character-driven storytelling to boost viewer engagement.

Conduct topic research (or work with a researcher) to ensure factual accuracy and relevance.

Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to refine future scripts.

Ensure all written content adheres to copyright and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience writing scripts for YouTube or other video platforms (animation experience is a plus).

Strong storytelling and dialogue skills with the ability to create relatable characters.

Ability to adapt writing style to fit YouTube pacing, tone, and audience expectations.

Excellent research, organization, and time management skills.

Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with “what if” or speculative scenario storytelling.

Knowledge of YouTube trends, pacing, and storytelling formats.

Experience working with animation teams or in visual media production.
