About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will partner closely with product, commercial, and clinical teams to develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and marketing assets that resonate with employer benefits, consultants, and health plan clients. Your insights from market research and customer feedback will shape product positioning, segmentation, and launch plans, driving business growth and market differentiation.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep customer and market insight, capable of translating complex information into clear, actionable marketing strategies. You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, lead cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Your communication skills are exceptional, and you thrive on driving results through strategic planning and execution.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Use market and customer insights to identify opportunities, validate product concepts, and inform product roadmaps.
  • Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and narratives that differentiate our offerings and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, sales enablement tools, and evidence-based content to support demand generation and sales teams.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and launches.
  • Drive project management excellence, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, adaptability, and ownership.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in leading product marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies in B2B digital health or related complex verticals.
  • Strong expertise in market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience developing compelling messaging and sales enablement materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and adaptable mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and drive results with creativity and persistence.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within healthcare or high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in consulting or experience marketing to health plans.
  • Familiarity with clinical capabilities and healthcare provider markets.

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $116,000 - $174,000/yr.
