The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a knack for managing multiple projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various facets of marketing in a collaborative, supportive environment. Some travel will be expected, 20% or less. This position is on-site.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop, edit, and support the production of engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, blog posts, and newsletters. Work closely with designers to ensure consistent brand voice.Social Media Support: Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to support AAON's social media strategy by sourcing information and helping identify timely or relevant content opportunities.Campaign Management: Collaborate on multi-channel marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to monitoring. This includes managing tasks related to email, social media, digital content, and advertising campaigns.Event Coordination: Support in the planning and execution of customer events by managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and preparing necessary materials.Project Management: Oversee timelines and deadlines, coordinating with team members and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.Inventory & Merchandise Management: Create POs, receive and track materials, and maintain inventory for marketing collateral, swag, and promotional items.Email Marketing Support: Assist with gathering content, drafting copy, and coordinating input from internal teams.Budget Tracking: Support budget adherence by tracking expenses and managing invoices.QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or bachelor's degree in graphic design or fine art, with marketing and communications experience. Marketing or sales experience with commercial or residential HVAC a plus.Essential Mental Functions:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organization skills to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines and priorities.Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated customer service attitude.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate with a team and work independently as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.Strong creative, organizational, problem solving, and time-management skills.Essential Physical Functions:Work will be performed in a variety of settings, including, climate-controlled office settings and/or manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, with exposure to dust and some chemical fume. Work will require sitting for prolonged periods, climbing, stooping and the ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
