Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive insights. Create and manage content for websites, social media, email, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce engaging content. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve ROI and effectiveness. Assist in SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility. Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Maintain and update patient databases and mailing lists. Support branding efforts to maintain a consistent brand voice and message. May require occasional travel for events, meetings, or promotional activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (entry-level positions may require internships or relevant coursework). Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM. Proficiency in marketing software such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or CRM tools. Experience with content creation, copywriting, and design basics (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus. Salary Description 25-30
