Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals. The Marketing Director will primarily and regularly be engaged away from the communication location in hospitals engaging in sales and marketing efforts to secure referrals to the community.
