In this role, youll partner closely with our VP of Marketing to design and execute integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels. What You'll Do:- Develop and manage multi-channel digital strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead execution across paid media, SEO/organic, email, web, and emerging digital platforms.
- Build and optimize customer nurture email programs to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to maximize performance.
- Analyze campaign data, provide actionable insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure brand voice and customer experience consistency across all digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and bring forward innovative growth ideas.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a multi-channel environment.
- Proven track record managing paid media, SEO, email marketing, and web campaigns.
- Hands-on experience designing and running customer nurture email campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
- Proficiency with A/B testing, optimization, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
