Your expertise must include Klaviyo, Email, CRM, SMS, Braze, activation, retention, loyalty, churn reduction in a D2C online training courses, digital coaching business with direct response and video sales letter marketing expertise.Depending on experience, base compensation $140K-$170K + bonus + benefits.Are you a retention powerhouse who lives and breathes data-driven personalization and customer journey mapping? Join our fast-growing DTC brand as Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and own the full-funnel strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, app push, and phone touchpoints.You'll architect intelligent, behavior-based messaging flows that engage customers at every stage-onboarding, first purchase, repeat, cross-sell, reactivation-maximizing LTV while minimizing fatigue.What You'll DoLead the end-to-end lifecycle strategy and automation roadmapBuild logic-driven journeys across Klaviyo, Attentive, PostPilot, Braze/Airship, or similar platformsImplement real-time data triggers and advanced segmentationCollaborate with acquisition, CRO, sales, and creative to align messaging across all channelsDesign and run A/B tests, optimizing open rate, CVR, RPR, and LTVOwn platform performance reporting, journey audits, and continuous improvement cyclesWhat You Bring6+ years in retention/lifecycle marketing, ideally in DTC, eCommerce, or app-based environmentsProven success scaling personalized multi-channel journeysDeep knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, PostPilot-and ideally Braze or AirshipStrong analytical mindset with experience in RFM, churn prediction, and event-driven logicComfortable building systems that integrate CRM, CDP, and data warehouse insightsExcellent project management and cross-functional collaboration chopsYou've worked with subscription, mobile-first, or physical/digital hybrid products.This is your chance to build the future of lifecycle marketing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
