Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Marketing Coordinator - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team in New York. Our Public Company M&A practice leads the market in high-profile transactions. In this role, you'll support attorneys and business development efforts by creating client-ready materials, coordinating events, managing contacts, and driving strategic projects. Create & Maintain Materials - Develop and update marketing collateral, bios, and presentations. Support Pitches & Proposals - Draft client-facing documents and track pitches in Firm systems. Manage Contacts & Data - Keep CRM records and lists accurate and up to date. Coordinate Events - Assist with high-impact client events, both in-person and virtual. Deliver Research & Insights - Provide data and intelligence to support attorneys and BD projects What You'll Bring Education - Bachelor's degree required. Experience - 1-3 years preferred in M&A, business development, finance, or project management. Skills - Strong communication, organization, and project management abilities with a high level of attention to detail. Mindset - Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Technical - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new tools. Compensation The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in New York City.
