About the Role:
Were seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media strategy across major platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is a content creator at heart, who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves staying ahead of trends, and understands the power of storytelling, community, and real-time engagement.
This role involves crafting social content strategy, managing live event coverage, collaborating with creative teams, analyzing platform performance, and maintaining brand voice consistency. You will also travel to major events to capture content and engage with our community online.
What Youll Do:
- Own and evolve the organic social strategy for brand and personal channels across key platforms
- Plan, write, schedule, and publish compelling content that drives engagement and brand presence
- Monitor trends and experiment with new content formats to keep us ahead of the curve
- Attend major live events to capture and post content in real time
- Represent the brand during live experiences with agility and authenticity
- Engage with our online community via comments, DMs, and mentions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams to execute campaigns
- Support promotion of events, webinars, product launches, and campaigns
- Contribute to influencer and ambassador initiatives
- Monitor analytics and optimize content based on insights
- Report on key metrics and suggest improvements
- Maintain brand voice and stay updated on platform trends
Who You Are:
- A creative, social-native storyteller passionate about digital culture
- Experienced managing social media for fast-paced brands (35 years)
- Strong writer with a keen sense of brand tone
- Resourceful, confident working independently and with teams
- Comfortable filming and editing vertical content on your phone
- Analytical thinker, eager to test and learn from data
- Organized, able to handle multiple priorities under deadlines
- Proactive and confident working with executives and personal brands
Requirements:
- 35 years of social media management experience
- Fluency with Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Strong copywriting and creative skills
- Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later
- Analytical skills with reporting proficiency
- Willing to travel 34 times per year
- Bachelors degree preferred, but skills and experience are priority
- Bonus: Experience in real estate, coaching, or creator brands
