Schedule: FULL TIME

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

The role you’ll contribute: This manager role is a board-certified music therapist who supports the Integrative & Creative Arts Therapies Director and the overall operations of the team. Evaluates physical, spiritual, socio-emotional, and neurological needs of patients and provides appropriate interventions. Demonstrates creativity and critical thinking skills, manages resources to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance. Leads and coaches a team of creative arts therapists, supports professional development, and adheres to hospital policies and regulations. Participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in music therapy
• 3+ years of experience in music therapy
• CBMT Certificate
